Día de campo (Day in the country!)

Last Monday was a school holiday for our kids and so we thought we’d take advantage and get out of town and spend time with the Elliott family and Steve and Myra Neufeld (our mission director) in a nearby place where people go and BBQ and just have fun as families.  It was a little windy at first but we had a great “carne asada” (beef tacos) while we visited and the kids played in the creek (not a common experience here). 

Then when it was close to when we had to leave I took this video which shows what a little wind does in the desert.  Good memories!
