Koinonia Update!
What an exciting week with the students from Olds Koinonia Christian School here ministering with the congregation of Arbol de Vida! The mornings have been filled with reaching out in a needy neighborhood to children, youth and ladies through testimonies, crafts, sports and construction. Here are some photos of the action!
27 ladies responded on Thurday to the invitation to put their faith in Christ for salvation!
In the afternoons we’ve have around 140+ kids and youth in clubs (accesories, art, children’s club and sports) in Arbol de Vida’s outreach. Many children have opened their hearts to Christ and many new contacts with families have been made, praise the Lord! We are anticipating a packed service tomorrow with a carne asada (beef taco bar-b-que) following the service.
Above is the Scripture memory station!
Other highlights of the week have been intimate times of worship and devotions/challenges, prayer, birthday parties and much more.
Please pray for the three days that remain of ministry and travel. Please pray for us that stay to work with the harvest in follow-up and discipleship. We have huge, exciting challenges ahead as we seek to assist in the birth and growth of churches here/internationally -( that is our mission’s purpose statement and our focus here in Mexico). Thank you for your prayer thus far. God is doing great things!
In Christ,
Greg
